About the Role
The Company is seeking an Innovation Lead to join the Office of the CTO. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of developing transformative ML/AI and edge computing solutions, with a focus on maintaining the company’s position as a global leader in intelligent networking. This role is pivotal in the discovery, prototyping, and development of innovative technologies that drive the company’s value creation and market expansion. The Innovation Lead will be responsible for hands-on prototyping, engaging in customer and partner co-innovation, and driving the commercialization of new solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying and evaluating emerging opportunities, building real solution prototypes, and influencing product roadmaps based on customer insights. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in AI and data-centric projects, technical expertise in ML/AI and edge computing, and the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with diverse audiences.
Candidates for the Innovation Lead position should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a preference for those with 10+ years of experience in networking, security, or cloud platforms. The role requires a professional with a strong technical background, including proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go, and a deep understanding of ML/AI principles and their applications in enterprise systems. Experience in building and leading engineering teams for AI and data-centric solutions is essential. The successful candidate will be a critical thinker, a proactive team player, and have the ability to balance exploration with execution. A background in product management, go-to-market strategy, or experience with AI operations and data platforms is a plus. The role demands an individual who is ambitious, driven, and comfortable with the demands of a fast-paced, innovative environment.
